Fab Ab February

In addition to the 30 Day Shred, I’m also doing this for a complete 30 minute workout everyday during the entire month of February. For those who want to participate in the February challenges but don’t own the 30 Day Shred DVD, Level 1 is on youtube. I started today and just realized how weak I am. So I will probably stay on Level 1 for a long time. LOL! The video has 3 levels though.

    I’m totally doing both this and 30 day shred w/ you. Did my first 30 day shred today! I’m going to be hurting tomorrow.

      As many as you can, I guess. Have you looked at the details on the whole calendar? Day 1 may appear easy to you, but day 15, then 20, then 29…not so much. If you can do 100 sit ups, 25 push ups, and 2 min planks more than once, knock yourself out! LOL

    Have fun with the 30 Day Shred. The first four days of EVERY level are killer but it gets better I swear!! I like your “Since I’m not hurting enough” plan of adding ab work to the month. I’m fighting with Jillian and her “Ripped in 30″ DVD. Not sure what it is with her and 30 days but I’m having ‘fun’!!

    Is there a March calendar in the works? Someone shared this with me and was asking about March. I would love to have my high school health/p.e. students create calendars as a project. Any and all ideas will be appreciated.

    Thank you for this. I found it on Pinterest on like the 2nd or 3rd of February and was able to catch up and did all of February and then modified it to work up to 200 sit ups in March, but then got sick part way through March so I didn’t work out for a couple of weeks, which set me back a little, but I’m continuing to plug away at it. I have begun wearing my “skinny pants” all the time! :)
