I failed the Fab Ab February challenge miserably. I could give a million (valid) excuses related to pain, but I won’t. Tomorrow begins a new month, so I’m going to attempt this one for March.
Please don’t ask me any questions about how to do the exercises, how many reps, or when I’m going to post the calendar for April, May, etc. Y’all were killing me with questions in the comments last month. As I previously stated, if you look in the lower right hand corner of the calendar, you will see the original source. Same as last month, I found this on pinterest. If you can’t do the exercises or have questions about how to do them, please contact your health provider before attempting.
